1. Definitions. 1.1. This Privacy Policy sets out the principles governing the collection, processing and storage of the personal data of visitors to the online store and website of UAB “Restatas” (company registration number 304960933, VAT number LT100012072611), hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller.
2. Collection and processing of personal data. 2.1. The Data Controller collects and processes the following personal data of customers: first name, surname, email address, telephone number, delivery address and order information (including complaints, order numbers and evidence provided). 2.2. Personal data are collected to fulfil orders for goods and services, administer refunds and maintain communication with customers. 2.3. When processing user-generated content (reviews and recommendations) published on the website or social media, the customer’s name or pseudonym may be processed.
3. Use of cookies and Facebook Pixel
3.1. Our website uses cookies and tracking technologies to improve the browsing experience, analyse website traffic and carry out targeted marketing.
3.2. Facebook Pixel: our website integrates the Facebook Pixel marketing tool provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Meta). This tool allows us to monitor visitors’ behaviour after they click a Facebook or Instagram advertisement and are directed to our website.
3.3. Facebook Pixel enables us to assess the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns for statistical and market research purposes and to optimise future advertisements. It also allows us to show you relevant advertisements through retargeting.
3.4. Meta collects, stores and processes these data directly. Meta may associate this information with your Facebook or Instagram account and use it for its own advertising purposes in accordance with its data policy.
3.5. Withdrawal of consent: visitors may withdraw their consent to Facebook Pixel tracking at any time by adjusting their browser’s cookie settings, using the website’s cookie management panel or changing the advertising settings directly in their Facebook account.
4. Data retention period
4.1. Personal data are stored for no longer than required for the purposes of processing or provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Information collected through Facebook Pixel cookies is retained for the periods specified by Meta. The lifetime of cookies used on this website depends on the specific cookie. For example, according to Wix's published information, XSRF-TOKEN lasts for the session, SSR-caching and bSession last for 24 hours, and svSession and fedops.logger.sessionId last for 12 months. Visitors can delete cookies earlier through their browser settings.
5. Disclosure of data to third parties
5.1. The Data Controller undertakes not to disclose customers’ personal data to third parties, except for the company’s partners providing delivery or other services related to order fulfilment and marketing partners (such as Meta).
5.2. Payment processing: payments in the online store are processed through the makecommerce.lt platform, operated by Maksekeskus AS (Liivalaia 45, Tallinn 10145, Estonia, registration number 12268475). Your personal information required to process and confirm the payment will therefore be transferred to Maksekeskus AS.
6. Data subject rights
6.1. Customers have the right to request information about their personal data being processed, to request rectification or erasure, and to restrict processing.

7. Final provisions. 7.1. The Data Controller may amend this Privacy Policy in part or in full by publishing a notice on the website. 7.2. Any disputes relating to this Policy shall be resolved in court in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
