Elea Professional Artisto Color 3% developer for tone-on-tone colouring and darker or lighter shades.
The main component that allows pigment to penetrate the hair is developer. This cosmetic product with a low hydrogen peroxide content penetrates the hair structure and makes room for colour molecules. A patented combination of stabilisers with a pH of 2–3 is used to maintain peroxide stability throughout the shelf life. Developer is available in different concentrations: 1,5%; 3%; 6%; 9%; 12%.
Elea Professional 3% developer is suitable for changing the colour by 1–2 levels. Use only with colours from the same brand to avoid unpredictable chemical reactions.
As the change to the existing hair colour is slight, 3% developer gives the best results when colouring a natural base in a similar shade or the closest shade in the colour range.

Method of use:
Test for sensitivity to the product's ingredients before use.
The activator should be mixed with Elea Professional Artisto dye in non-metallic containers. The exposure time on dry hair is 35 minutes, on wet hair – 20 minutes.
